We currently accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards. Your credit card information is secured and safeguarded when shopping at OrderZones.com. All information are encrypted and sent through secured and protected channels. As we are employing Mobile88(Pay88) as our payment gateway, Mobile88 will be stated in your credit card statement.
Note: Your payment will be processed by Mobile88.com. The name Mobile88.Com will appear in your credit card/ bank statement and you will also receive an email from Mobile88 as notification on this Transaction.
ONE TIME VERIFICATION PROCEDURE REQUIRED
Please take note that we will conduct a compulsory verification process on all new customers using credit card transaction for the first time on OrderZones.com.
Once you have completed your order and made the payment using credit card, we shall email you on the details required for the verification.
We will require the following:
- Photocopy of your IC.
- A copy of recent house utilities (phone/electrical) bills.
- A valid house phone number.
- Recipient's full name.
- Which bank is your credit card.
This will only be a one time verification procedure and verified details are not revealed to any parties. All details are kept solely for internal use for verification and security purposes only.
These details will be used to verify directly with the bank of your specified credit card and if verification does not matches, order(s) made will be canceled and the credit card payment will be refunded.
The main aim of this verification process is to ensure that the credit card used is not fraudulent and this is also to protect the credit card holder from being charged for unsolicited transaction and misuse.
This verification only applies to credit card users only. |

We accept cheque payment as well. The cheque must be crossed and made payable to:

Kindly write your member Name (the registered name stated in your OrderZones account) and the Order ID that your're paying for.
NOTE :
Goods/Items shall be shipped only after the cheque has been cleared. For local cheque (Malaysia), it normally takes about 2 to 3 days for clearance. |
