Do i need to register for an account to shop at OrderZones? |

YES. Registration is a must and it is FREE. This is both for security and ease of management in the future. Member could shop faster and better manage your purchases and transactions. Additionally you'll get better support from us here too. Members also are entitled to special member price, offers and hot promotions. |

I forgotted my password, what should i do? |

In the event that you have forgotten your account password, you could go to the login page and click on the link "Forgotten your password? Click Here" . Once there, key in your e-mail address that was registered for the account. When done, an email containing the new password will be sent to the registered email address. Once you have received the new password, you are strongly encouraged to login and change the password immediately for safety and security. |

What is the shipping/courier company employed for delivery? |

Currently we are employing the courier service of NATIONWIDE EXPRESS to deliver the goods to local customers while FEDEX for international customers order. For more shipping information, see our Shipping Policy. |

Canceling or Modifying an Order. |

Customer can cancel or modify their order as long as the order has not been processed. To cancel or modify an order, customer can call or fax to us their cancelation request at:

Or send us an email with the invoice Order ID and your cancelation request stated in the email or fill in the form in Contact Us. We advise that any cancelation request be made within the same day as the order made. This is to ensure a quicker response sufficient time to cancel the order in time.
Please do take note that we do not gurantee for a sure modification or cancelation of order if we received your request too late. Modification and cancelation of any request would be at our sole discretion. |
